1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pk9999 ("pk9999", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pk9999 website, mobile interface, software, and all associated gaming and betting services (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing pk9999, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to these Terms in their entirety. - By registering, you warrant and represent that you are 18 years of age or older.
- pk9999 reserves the right to request age verification documentation (CNIC, passport, or other government-issued ID) at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where age cannot be satisfactorily verified.
- Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited and the account permanently closed.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of pk9999 complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. pk9999 does not represent that its Services are lawful in Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction.
- Players residing in jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law must not register or use pk9999 services.
- Only one account per person, household, IP address, device, or payment method is permitted.
3. Account Registration & KYC
To access real-money gaming services at pk9999, you must complete registration and Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number or email address, and residential address.
- You must not impersonate another person or use false information to create an account.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals
pk9999 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. All payment method availability is subject to change.
- Minimum deposit: Rs 500 (or equivalent in USD for crypto deposits).
- Deposits are credited to your pk9999 account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. pk9999 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible.
- Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500 (JazzCash / Easypaisa); Rs 1,000 (bank transfer); $5 equivalent (USDT TRC20).
- All withdrawals require completed KYC verification. First-time withdrawals may take up to 24 hours for review; subsequent withdrawals are typically processed within 1 hour for mobile wallets.
- pk9999 reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal, particularly for high-value transactions, as part of our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations.
- Deposits must be used for genuine gaming purposes. Any player found to be exploiting payment systems, executing circular transactions, or attempting to use pk9999 as a money transfer service will have their account immediately closed and funds held pending investigation.
- pk9999 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Third-party payment providers may apply their own fees, which are the player's responsibility.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
pk9999 offers promotional bonuses from time to time at its sole discretion. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:
- Bonuses are available to verified, eligible accounts only. pk9999 reserves the right to exclude any account from any promotion.
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods will be stated in each promotion's specific terms.
- pk9999 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus at any time without prior notice.
- Players found to be abusing bonus terms – including through coordinated betting with other accounts, use of multiple accounts, or other strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements – will have their bonus and associated winnings forfeited and their account suspended.
- Only one welcome bonus per player, household, IP address, and payment method.
6. Betting Rules
The following rules apply to all bets placed through pk9999's sportsbook and casino services:
- All bets are final once confirmed. pk9999 does not accept cancellation requests after bet confirmation except in the specific circumstances described in sport-specific rules.
- pk9999 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event affected by corruption, match manipulation, or integrity concerns as reported by recognised sports governing bodies.
- In the case of system errors, technical faults, or the display of incorrect odds, pk9999 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
- Maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed within each market. pk9999 reserves the right to adjust bet limits for individual accounts without notice.
- Live (in-play) betting markets may be suspended at any time. Bets accepted before suspension are honoured; bets placed after suspension are voided.
- For PSL and international cricket markets specifically: bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant cricket board. Abandoned or rescheduled matches are governed by our cricket-specific rules available on request.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is expressly prohibited and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and/or legal action where appropriate:
- Registering or attempting to register more than one account.
- Providing false or misleading information at registration or KYC.
- Using pk9999 services while located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with pk9999 services in any way not expressly permitted.
- Exploiting bugs, errors, or glitches in the platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any gains obtained through exploitation of technical errors must be reported and returned.
- Any form of collusion with other players, particularly in live poker or peer-to-peer games.
- Attempting to launder funds or use pk9999 as a conduit for any illegal financial activity.
- Threatening, harassing, or abusing pk9999 staff or other players.

- In jurisdictions that do not allow exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, pk9999's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
- pk9999 is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from unauthorised account access.

pk9999 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using pk9999 services, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described therein.

12. Amendments
